We have a video for our readers today, a video of the Dell Mini 9 touch screen with motion detection, and although this isn’t the first time a Dell Mini has been hacked and modded, it is a fairly nice mod by “rock99rock” of MyDellMini forums.
The video which can be viewed below lasts almost three minutes, and shows in addition to replacing the Dell Mini 9 display with a touch screen he also re-jiggered an ActionXL motion sensing controller to enable the display to rotate as he rotates the machine.
There is also a full rundown on how it was accomplished which you can read by hitting up the soure, but before that hit up the video and enjoy.
