The picture above shows the new Lenovo ThinkPad T61, the upcoming 2 new laptops from Lenovo have been leaked and they are the Lenovo ThinkPad T61 laptop and the Lenovo ThinkPad R61 Santa Rosa laptop and both of them have 14 inch displays.

IBM leaked the information on these two new laptops, but what us laugh is that IBM leaked this information but their IBM logo is no where to be seen on the Lenovo T61 and R61 Santa Rosa laptops (Strange). The design personally is a little to fat considering there are many slim line laptops available but hey what the hell someone will like them I guess.

The news is that the Santa Rosa processors with chips including the T7100, T7300, T7500 and T7700 which will bring the speed to a nice 2.4GHz of 64-bit Core 2 Duo nicey does it. The other little things you will notice is Intel’s latest PM965 integrated graphics chipset and Intel Turbo Card “Robson” flash memory cache. The price is not known yet but the will be around in May it is said. Oh yeah 160GB encrypted drives and even Blu-ray versions will follow in July, lets see shall we.
