Lawsuit against Apple over Laptop Screens not being up to Scratch

For once Apple is at the bad end of a lawsuit because they promoted the abilities of the builds into their MacBook and MacBook Pro laptops. The lawsuit claim is that their display screens are not up to scratch and that giants Apple knew this when they said they were, the Lawsuit was filed by 2 men from San Diego who want class action status for other let down customers to join in.

They say that the Mac OS X can display millions of colours but then the screens really cannot and are relying on old techniques to display -reproducible colours by mixing up colours that can be shown by the monitor. The display screens show grainy and sparkly appearance and when Apple customers complained it is alleged that Apple told then not to be so picky.
