Medison in Sweden have attracted so much attention with their promised release of a brand new Linux based laptop for $150 which is fantastic, the company are looking good to dissuade the skeptics. The company recently had a meeting with Swedish journalists to say their piece.

Medison have promised an August 15th delivery date for the first batch of laptops and they have also said that the laptop will not be its primary source of income, ok selling loads of $150 laptops will not make them a mint but most of the money will come from advertisements it has been said on its website from accessory makers and more.

We would love to know if this is true or false, apparently Medison’s Valdi Ivancic have reportedly said that he is considering declaring his candidacy for Prime Minister of Sweden – Oh yeah.
