The new Everex CloudBook has finally got a ship date, over at Everex’s site it has clearly been updated with the release date showing February 15th.

The Everex Think CloudBook is a cutey at 9 inches, Via based laptop with a 7 inch display, 5-hours battery with a gOS Rocket plus a 30GB disk.

The price will be $399 and you can buy via Walmart.com and ZaReason.com.
