If you’ve ever felt you need to adjust the graphics performance on your Apple MacBook Pro, (15 inch late 2008) but have never known how, this article just may help you solve that little problem, as it shows you just how to make the adjustments.
Your MacBook Pro (15 inch late 2008) comes including a nice new feature in its Energy Saver system performance pane that allows the adjustment of the graphics performance whereby you have the ability to select better battery life or higher performance.
You can select high performance for playing games or for doing tasks that require heavy graphic processing. Or select better battery life where heavy graphic apps are not being used or use of the MagSafe adaptor is limited.
If you chose to make changes to the graphic setting in the Energy Saver system you will need to log out for them to take effect, and one logged out you will have the opportunity to save.
