A look at the Apricot Computers PicoBook Pro

Let’s take a closer look at the new PicoBook Pro from Apricot Computers.Apricot Computers officially launched their new PicoBook Pro at London’s Russel Hotel in Bloomsbury and was apparently received with enthusiasm by press and media.

Apricot believes that ultra-portable shouldn’t mean compromising on battery life and thus has incorporated a high capacity lithium-ion battery which they say will keep you powered whilst other fail.

Although being an ultra-portable the PicoBook doesn’t mean all cramped and so has a thirty percent larger keyboard that most rivals, the trackpad is integral and very hard wearing, and there is also a 1.3 megapixel camera for your messaging needs.

The OS is either Novel l Networks SUSE on the PicoBook Pro VL or Windows XP Home Edition on the PicoBook Pro VX while both have a VIA VX800 Unified Chipset.
