Category: Apple, News | October 16th, 2008

This world is full of strange things and we have to say that Steve Jobs is within the crazy category, we mean for crying out loud why is -ray missing from New Apple MacBooks?

We have shown you news on these new laptops and like us Product Reviews as also asked this question, Blu-ray is the future or maybe Apple has something up their sleeve and coming up with something special, who knows but at the moment all laptops should have Blu-ray in our eyes.

These new Apple MacBooks are the next-generation in mobile computing and to have this hardware missing is surely criminal, Blu-ray Disc integration should have been an option. Steve Jobs did talk about this point at the keynote event saying future MacBooks were not getting Blu-ray, but he did say they are waiting for things to calm down for Blu-ray to take off. Apple come on get this in your laptops now, we believe that you would sell shed loads. Would you like to see Blu-ray in the new MacBooks.

  1. In my case the only thing holding me back from buying the new Macbook Pro is the missing Blu-ray option. Instead of buying now I am left in suspense waiting and hoping for the unlikely event of a Blu-ray update coming soon.

I simply cannot figure out why Apple has not included Blu-ray.
