Looking at the MacBook and MacBook Pro changes

Category: Apple, Laptop Brands, News | October 16th, 2008

Apple have pushed out their new MacBook and MacBook Pro, but are the changes what Apple have made good enough to attract and please the potential purchaser? Apple has made a few changes to both these products, so let’s take a look at few of them.

Outwards, both the MacBook and Macbook Pro haven’t changed a great deal with the exception of the construction, as they are both now constructed of high grade aluminium, thus making the MacBook come out a tad slimmer and lighter, but the MacBook Pro gains a bit.

Both MacBook and MacBook Pro gain more powerful GPUs and CPUs, and now the battery can be removed. But the one major difference with these latest versions has to be the trackpad, as it is now made of glass and has lost the usual buttons, making the entire trackpad one large trackpad.
