The guys over at Laptop Mag have spent a few hours playing with the new Apple MacBook, and so far they consider this latest Apple 13 inch system to be one of the best on the market, no only in terms of design but performance as well.

That’s a good recommendation considering the vast competition out there like the Dell XPS M1300, the Toshiba Satellite U400 series, and the Sony VAIO Z, powerful competition indeed, but the Apple MacBook looks quite capable of holding its own.

The only problem I can see that really stand out is the price at $1,299 start-off price the Apple MacBook certainly doesn’t come cheap, doesn’t stop me wishing I had one though, especially when I watch the video laptop Mag has on their website, which I suggest you pop along to and view.
