The guys over at Eee PC News.de have posted several images of what looks like an upcoming Eee PC which just may be the hinted $307.00 netbook which Asus CEO Jerry Shen hit on a few days ago.

The Eee PC shown is the Eee PC 701SDX which looks basically like the Eee PC 701, but the 701SDX has a 7 inch screen and lacks a webcam, and then there’s that large bezel, so it does appear that it could be the new cheap version.

Although to be honest judging by the images and the lack of any available specs, it’s not that impressive as you can purchase an Eee PC 701 2G Surf for just under $300.00, and you can even grab yourself an Eee PC 900A at $299.99 from Best Buy. So really there isn’t anything that exciting about another Eee Pc 7 incher for around $399.00 anymore.
