The new Toshiba NB100 netbook, is something of the usual we expect with netbooks, 8.9 inch display powered by a1.6GHz Atom processor, 512MB of RAM, 80GB hard drive, weighing just under 1kg, 3 megapixel webcam, 3 USB ports, the usual fair.

The thing is the Toshiba NB100 is different from the other netbooks because of its design, Toshiba with the NB100 is design focused on the business user, and thus have given the NB100 the look of a shrunken laptop.

Those in the UK can expect to see the Toshiba NB100 hit stores pretty soon and will run Ubuntu Netbook Remix with a price tag of around £259.00, and if you want Windows you can pay an extra $£40.00 to upgrade the RAM, hard drive and OS.
