Is there an Apple netbook Mac?
Category: Apple, Laptop Brands, News | October 25th, 2008

John Markoff, of the New York Times, has reported that anonymous sources have reported tracks being recorded of an Apple device with a screen larger than the Apple iPhone yet smaller than an Apple MacBook.
Apple top guy Steve Jobs has previously made hints of the possibility of Apple releasing a Netbook, so could this strange tracking from Apple be that device?
Obviously this isn’t proof that Apple plans to release a netbook sized MacBook, but it can be taken that Apple plans for this netbook category are a tad more concrete than Steve Jobs let on at the Apple conference call.

You need to think before you speak. Apple will be clearing out all existing inventory of Mac Minis with no plans on future production. Also, Apple’s market has never been penny pushers. The key to their success is giving consumers a great product, not a mashed up little computer good for word processing and internet surf-only activities.
