It is now possible to upgrade the new aluminium Apple MacBook and MacBook Pro to a nice cool 6GB with the aid of a 4GB SO-DIMM module and a 2GB SO-DIMM module from Ramjet, the 4GB costing $599 and the 2GB costing $75.
Ramjet claim these modules are fully compatible with Appleās latest fireware and are SPD configured for the Apple MacBook and Apple MacBook Pro.
Ramjet uses a non-stacked module for the 2GB and 4GB with the MacBook, and both the MacBook and MacBook Pro require DDR3-1066 memory which is also known as PC3-8500.
