Packard Bell launches the dot in the UK
Category: News, Other | November 21st, 2008

Packard Bell has officially launched their dot netbook in the United Kingdom. The Packard Bell dot netbook has an 8.9 inch display and distinct cylindrical hinge which features the red dot, but as for the specs, well they are a tad ordinary.
As for those specs there isn’t a lot to say, Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB hard drive, and there is a slight promise of adding 3G connectivity along with a six cell battery for lover life.
One of the main drawbacks with the Packard Bell dot is the glossy lid, it’s bound to be a real fingerprint magnet, oh and the keyboard, that looks like its been dragged from an Acer.
