Wind Box a new nettop from MSI

Category: News, Other Computers | November 29th, 2008

MSI has rolled out their Wind Box, which is a small computer that can be attached to the rear of any VESA mountable computer monitor. It’s the new movement in the nettop arena, HP and Asus have already revealed theirs and so I guess its MSI’s turn.

Inside the MSI Wind Box there is an Intel Atom N270 CPU along with 1GB of RAM and a 160GB HDD, features are 3 USB ports, WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet and runs on Microsoft Windows XP.

France will be seeing the MSI Wind Box for a rough price of about $254.00. The thing is why bother with a nettop when you can opt for a laptop?
