Category: Dell, Laptop Brands, News | December 17th, 2008

The Dell Inspiron Mini 12 laptop blurs the lines a bit between netbook and laptop when you could gain it sporting Windows Vista and Windows Vista only. But now the word is the Dell Inspiron Mini 12 breaks down the walls by adding Windows XP and Uduntu.

Size wise and system wise everything else remains untouched but you can now get the new operating systems installed on the 1.33GHz and the 1.6GHz versions.

The 1.33GHz Dell Inspiron Mini 12 with installed Ubuntu starts of at a $499.00 price point, and yes, if you still want Windows Vista it comes at no extra cost.
