Acer has unveiled 2 new business orientated TravelMate laptops, the TravelMate 6593 15.4 inch and the TravelMate 6493 14.1 inch laptop. The Acer TravelMate 6593 will set you back $1499.00 and the Acer TravelMate 6493 will cost $1099.00.

Both the 6593 and 6493 incorporate Intel Centrino 2 Processor with vProT Technology, GMA 4500 integrated graphics, Acer GridVistaT, Acer Crystal Eye Webcam, 802.11a/b/g/Draft-N Wi-Fi.

Other specs include, 250GB 7,200RPM SATA hard drive, 4GB DDR3 with the 6593 and 3GB DDR3 RAM with the 6493, DVD-Super Multi Double-Layer drive, and run on Microsoft Windows Vista Business operating system.
