Dell XPS M1330 and M1730 gains 256GB SSD option
Category: Dell, Laptop Brands, News | January 19th, 2009

Not too long ago, well August of last year the word was 128GB SSD drives for the Del XPS laptops and for just $450.00 which at the time seemed a great deal and real cheap. Whereas now the exact same drive is only a $200.00 upgrade while a new 256GB SSD has now been introduced into the Dell XPS M1330 and Dell XPS M1730 laptop and for only $400.00.
Obviously another six months down the line and it will change yet again no doubt and we’ll be seeing a slightly less expensive 512GB SSD.
Its a fact that as time progresses these new higher rated SSD will come down in price, and even now, Dell is offering a 7200RPM 500GB HDD as well and apparently has plans to bring both these upgrades to their laptops sometime in the next few weeks.
