Not too sure about this snippet of news but apparently Dell will begin shipping the Dell Mini 10 netbook as of the 27th of February. This news comes via a chat between Sir Paul Synnott and an online Dell UK representative.

Apparently when Synnott inquired about further details to do with the Dell Mini 10 netbook release, the Dell UK rep apparently actually replied with a definitive shipping date of February 27tth.

The rep apparently went on to confirm that the power adapter for the Dell Mini 10 would be a smaller one as with the Dell Mini 9 but as yet the pricing was yet to be determined.
