One of the smallest laptop on the market today comes from Dubai based Nawaiya, and is called the PalmTop. The Nawaiya PalmTop features a 7 inch touchscreen along with 3G and full PC capabilities and also can double as a mobile connectivity device.

The Nawaiys PalmTop incorporates an ATI RS690E graphics card, is powered by an ADM Turion 64 x 2 dual core 1.2GHz processor and runs on Genuine Microsoft Windows XP operating system.

Very little detail is available on the Nawaiya PalmTop but it is said that the machine is also capable of running the new Microsoft Windows 7 OS. No word on what the PalmTop will cost though.
