HP Mini 1000 netbook to be subsidised by Verizon?
Category: HP,Laptop Brands | April 18th, 2009
Not too long ago there were whispers that HP and Verizon Wireless were thinking of offering up subsidised 3G laptops; well it appears that it’s going to happen as a leaked Verizon employee training document prominently features the HP Mini 1000 netbook.
The document confirms Verizon will indeed sell subsidised HP Mini 1000’s and the document even shows specs such as 10.1 inch display, virtually full size keyboard, 1.6GH processor, 1GB RAM and 80GB storage and Windows XP Home Edition operating system.
Unfortunately there’s no evidence to what pricing we can expect, and no word on when we will actually see it being offered but I wouldn’t expect it to be too long.
