Microsoft Office 2010: First look into new software

Randall C. Kennedy of idg.no, takes a first look at Microsoft Office 2010 which sports mostly incremental improvements, and serves to bridge a gat between the eras of Windows Vista and Windows 7 via streaming the product’s ribbon based user interface and extending to encompass the complete range of MS Office apps.
Most notably is Microsoft Outlook as now gone is the hybrid user interface and is replaced by a new 4 tab ribbon which helps to surface a great deal of Microsoft Outlook’s hidden workflow power and brings overall user experience in line with the rest of the Outlook Suite.
