Dell has now added a new addition to their Vostro laptop line, the Dell Vostro 1220 which is a 12.1 inch laptop that has been designed for the business traveller, and weights in at only 3.36 pounds, and is powered by an Intel processor.

The Dell Vostro 1220 is an ultra-portable laptop and offers a 6-cell battery to deliver up to 9 hours of usage and runs on the powerful Intel Core 2 Duo processor.

The Dell Vostro 1220 comes preinstalled with Dell Video Chat conferencing software, integrated web cam and microphone, 802.11 draft-n or Mobile Broadband, fingerprint reader, the option of Windows Vista, Ubuntu Linux or FreeDOS OS, up to 8GB DDR2 RAM and costs $799
