Looks like the Sony VAIO P has now been cloned by the Chinese and is apparently the Gemsta Viva laptop, which may pass as a VAIO P at a more reasonable price if you fancy a clone lappy that is.

Spec wise the Gemsta Viva sports an 8.9 inch display with an Intel Atom processor either Z515 or Z520 or Z530, 3G, WiFi, up to 64GB of storage, 1GB of ram and an SD slot along with others.

There is no word on an actual release date for the Gemsta Viva but the word on price is it should cost about 2000 yuan which is roughly $294.
