A coup0le of months ago Gigabyte unveiled their 1028M netbook/tablet hybrid, and now we hear that the 1028M’s successor is already up for purchase over in Europe and is the Gigabyte T 1028X and was announced in Hong Kong last month.

The Gigabyte T 1028X sports a 10.1 inch swivel display with 1366 x 768 resolution and features a 6-cell 7650mAh battery, upgrades from the Intel Atom N270 processor to the 1.66GHz Intel Atom N280 processor.

The biggest surprise with the Gigabyte T 1028X though is its pricing which sits at €497.70 that’s about $702 and is available online in Europe right now.
