Back in November 07 Alienware’s m17x gaming laptop was unveiled, however it has taken until this week for the first buyers to actually receive their system. And what appears to be the main comment about the m17x gaming laptop is “So huge.”

Apparently the weight of this thing is also fairly massive, so don’t go expecting an ultra portable. The m17x’s screen is 1920 x 1200 resolutions, and apparently when watching DVD’s it is better not to do so in full screen mode as a lot of fuzziness is present during full screen playback.
Basically size and weight size that most have been expecting, and with a price tag of around $2,700
