Over at Pocket-lint they have some great news about the £212 Wimax Eee PC Laptop, according to them they have said that Asus have confirmed that the Wimax Eee PC will come in 7, 8 and 8.9 inch display versions sometime later this year which will also have Wimax support (Hence the title).

Apparently though Asus have not officially shown off the new laptop or the specifications and price at a press conference with Sprint and Intel at CES 2008 in Las Vegas.

The laptop though will come in a few different colours which will be better than the boring old white or black version; some cool features will include the likes of a built-in camera and the same solid state drive.
