hi this picture of the 9912 shows a built in webcam - is this the case as i can’t find any information confirming it being their in the picture.

No, I’ve got one of these and it definitely doesn’t have a webcam….

I bought one thinking that it had a webcam on it, but it doesn’t, and curys say that it is not there fault I should have read there very vauge specifications, and deduced that it didnt have a webcam, even though it clearly has one in the picture, and they have no disclaimer to say that the images are for illutration purposes. Otherwise geat wee laptop, though i did have some troule with it cutting out, anyone else had that problem?

Yes it cuts out at random moments, not too frequently thank goodness. Otherwise its fab for the price and I am very happy with mine.

mine cuts out too, ive had it for a good year now its only been over the last couple months it doesnt seem to cut off
maybe too much usage and components on the motherboard overheat and shuts down.
nice little handy laptop, couple of adjustments and its the speed you need really.
wish it did come with cam though ¬.¬
disappointed.
