The range of cheap gaming laptops for under $500 is increasing and this price point is extremely popular with budget buyers. With many gaming laptops out there such as MSI, Alienware, Asus ROG and Maingear etc can you really get a good one around $500?
You are not going to get a top of the range all singing with bells and whistles for the $500 mark, but do not count out cheap gaming laptops with a price bracket this low. This one will easily handle the demanding applications, it will be able to handle most games but the more demanding new games with good frame rates might be so good with this laptop.
