Gateway wants to break the Asian market, which is why the company has announced Gateway China. The American computer company is to sell both PC’s and notebooks, and they have worked on customizing their line of computers for the Chinese market.

Gateway did a test run in June and it looks as if their sales could be very strong, and with low-cost systems with high-end features Gateway looks as if they could do very well. Some of these high-end features include Windows Vista and Core 2 Duo Processors.

Some of the computer systems are the GT-series desktop, these basic PC comes with a 2GHz AMD Sempron processor, 512MB of RAM, and also a nice sized 160GB of storage space. Gateway Laptops are the M and T series, with the basic model MT3110c having a 14-inch screen, a 1.6GHz Celeron M, and an 80GB hard drive.
