Lenovo X200 receives Editors Choice Award
Category: Laptop Brands, Lenovo | July 16th, 2008

Laptopmag has awarded Lenovo’s recently announced X200 ultraportable laptop with the Editor’s Choice Award, after determining that what the Lenovo X200 ultraportable has is most likely what a user will want. The Lenovo X200 checks all the marks with rock solid design, ample ports on a lightweight package, and price tag on the good side of reasonable.
According to reviewers the Lenovo X200 is an “excellent lightweight notebook for mobile professionals who demand the business essentials.” Whilst noting the omission of an optical drive wasn’t really a deal breaker as far as they were concerned.
Praise also went to the Centrino 2 platform, and while performance wouldn’t please a gamer it could handle virtually every everyday task.
