If you want cheap then look no further because we have the worlds cheapest Linux based ultra-mini PC (UMPC) laptop which is the Alpha 400, when we say cheap we mean CHEAP at only $250 or ($180 in volume). This is a fantastic angle by Bestlink and we feel they will be popular indeed.
The Alpha 400 UMPC laptop will have under the hood 400MHz (!) Xburst CPU, 1GB or 2GB of flash memory, 128MB of RAM, will run Windows CE or some form of Linux, plus a 7-inch 800 x 400 display, WiFi, CDMA, GPRS, and ADSL, storage can be expanded via SD card or USB drives.
So priced at $250 (or $180 in volume) you know this is dirt cheap.

I think it is still overpriced for its specs. 400MHz is not much coupled 128 MB RAM. There’s more power available for the same $250 if you check out.
