Sony Vaio VGN-FW21W, starting the laptop up it takes ages

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FW21W which is a fantastic laptop and would recommend to anyone, the only problem I have come across is that when starting the laptop up it takes ages.Can someone help me with this Problem please

  1. sounds like a registry problem

    download ccleaner it’s free and it works
