Needed to move laptop from one room to another, disconnected mains power and with battery fully charged left laptop on to walk upstairs to my office.
Screen had reverted to:-
Windows resume Loader
“The last attempt to resume the system the system from its previous location failed. Attempt to resume again?
(Use the arrow keys to highlight your choice.)
Continue with system resume
Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu”
Last one automatically selected BUT a) cursor NOT working, b) cannot change selection c) enter button NOT working.
I’ve tried removing power source including battery for 10-15 mins, tried to load up in F8 saftey mode…makes no difference. Tried removing ALL power and pressing on/off button for 30secs as recommended, even tried F11 System recovery…NO EFFECT
Help????? Please???
