e system laptop driver for ethernet controller or wireless

I cannot find driver for ethernet controller or wireless, is there any way i can download these? or can you give me any info of what make the wireless is also the ethernet.

you should find the drivers at the product manufacturers its likely to be a realtek 8187b_wlan, this is the confusing part as this driver points to the USB dongle type.
but it does work for the internal WLan as thats the driver Im using… other than that ??????

my system is an Esystem 4315
