Siemens Acuson P50 ultrasound laptop: The hottest ever to be seen
Category: News | November 28th, 2007

Oh my god we have come across some laptops in our time but nothing compares to this new one from Siemens. Ok there are some amazing MacBooks out there but they are small fry compared to the all new Siemens Acuson P50 ultrasound laptop.
The all new Siemens P50 laptop has some amazing add on which is the ultrasound equipment which will accommodate doctors that cannot be tied down, this laptop is designed for vascular and cardiology applications but we can see many uses for this (we need our hands on one).
The laptop boasts an array of transducers plus an integrated stress echo function and even a range of cardiology application packages, Siemens have said that it all simplifies and accelerates the workflow in echocardiography and vascular diagnosis.
What ever this laptop is capable of all we know is that it looks bloody hot and surely this laptop can hold the key for many other applications.
Out of curiosity do you think this could be a great way to mix music? LOL

This laptop isn’t exactly new folks its been around for a while under the Terason name http://www.terason.com/products/t3000.asp Looks like Siemens have just bought it from these guys under an OEM agreement.
There are quite a few “laptop” scanners around already and more are arriving on the market every few months. Its the way things are going.
