Category: IBM | June 23rd, 2006

This is the superb IBM Thinkpad X41 and is a solid machine and a great contender to any other in its field, this is a ultra portable laptop that is the perfect companion being it for personal use or business, it has a finger print reader which is fantastic for security and the outer shell is made of magnesium alloy which makes this very strong and durable indeed.

The hinges are made from steel which makes it much stronger, it has a standard 12.1 inch display and a full size keyboard which is very smooth to use and are not sticky when pressing each key.

The IBM ThinkPad X41 tablet is superb and with Lenovo at the wheel as well you get some cool technology like you get 5.32 hours of battery life and our favourite feature has to be well 2 features really which is the fingerprint reader and the rotating display.

There are a lot of pros about this laptop but there is one con and that is it has an external hard drive which is 40GB.

  1. External hard drive? What a load of rubbish, make you wonder if whoever wrote this review had even seen one of these machines! What would be the use of a portable with an external HDD? These machines have the HDD built in like all Laptops! although the Optical drive is external.
