Back in April we told you that Toshiba might be launching a new laptop called the Toshiba Qosmio G40, we can now tell you that they have now released this new notebook which Toshiba are calling the Qosmio G40/97D. There is one difference with the laptop than others and that is that it integrates dual terrestrial TV tuners.

The Toshiba Qosmio G40/97D is perfect as a multimedia laptop as you can integrate it to your home theater system; this is thanks to the HDMI output and the addition of a remote. If you thought that was great, then just think how much better the laptop is as the Toshiba Qosmio G40/97D has a built in HD DVD player.
