What is the cheapest laptop you have ever bought?
Category: News | March 10th, 2008
We are all about cheap laptops, not only do we show you where to buy cheap laptops from but we also bring you the latest news on anything to do with laptops.
We know what is cheap, but as you know sometimes when we say cheap it could actually be expensive to some. We try to give a full range of laptops with many different price tags to make everyone happy.
For example we could have a laptop here for say £1200 but to some that’s way too expensive but to others could be pretty cheap considering the specs.
The best way we can do our job even better than we already are is to ask you, yes you the ones that are most important here.
Please let us know what you class as cheap, let us know price brackets you are willing to pay, what brands you prefer to buy, and what store you would buy from.
We can bring you what we already give you plus so much more with your input to make “Cheap Laptops” a much better place to be.

I find Acer Laptops deliver the biggest bang for your buck. My first was a refurbished Acer 1694 for £300. That was cheap back then, early 2005 I think.
I’m now running an Acer Travelmate 5520, from Laptopshop.co.uk - it cost under £380 all in. Dual core, pin sharp screen, huge hard drive! Great deal.
Easy to get plenty of power for relatively small cost.

To me, cheap is under £500, and now you get a lot for your money at this price point.
