Looks like MSI are following in Asus’s footsteps; originally the MSI Wind was simply the Wind, but now there is an abundance of Wind’s out there, and according to Andy Tung, director of sales for MSI, the trend isn’t going to stop.

The Wind U100 becomes available next week with an unnamed national retailer the 3-cell Windows XP version going for $399. Tung also revealed that the Wind U120 should land in the US come late November to early December.

The Wind U120, or Wind 2 as Tung calls it, apparently boast a completely new look with new HDD and SSD options and built in 3.5G WWAN, and should command a price of $600.
